We are united by a single vision to help people live longer, healthier lives, using the power of genomics. Genomics aims to help people live longer, healthier lives in two ways: super-charging drug discovery and development for novel treatments with our AI-enabled advanced genetic analytics platform, and by helping people understand their personal risk of common chronic diseases through polygenic risk scores - giving doctors and health systems the chance to get the right people into the right prevention, screening and treatment programmes at the right time.   ROLE PURPOSE We're looking for a Communications & Marketing Associate to join us at an exciting moment of growth. This is a genuinely broad role - part content creator, part PR support, part event organiser, part campaign coordinator - and it's ideal for someone who wants to build real skills across multiple marketing disciplines, fast.   WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll split your time across two senior leads - our Director of Brand, PR & Communications and our Life Sciences Marketing lead - supporting both teams with day-to-day delivery: - Plan, schedule, and publish content across our social channels , with an eye on performance and brand consistency. - Draft blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and email campaigns that make complex science feel human and compelling. - Support our PR activity - media monitoring, coverage reports, press release drafts, and briefing materials for senior leaders. - Help plan and coordinate conferences, trade shows, and webinars, including on-the-day presence. - Assist with campaign execution and tracking across both the comms and commercial marketing functions. - Keep our content calendar, mailing lists, and sales materials library
