Full Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Employee Communications, this role will create and implement internal employee communications content that engages and connects to internal audiences. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** * **Create communications plans** to support HR initiatives and legal/ethics/compliance programs, providing guidance to leadership teams. * **Develop multimedia and digital content** across email platforms, intranet, digital displays and video. * **Support employee lifecycle communications** , including talent recruitment, management, and development. * **Produce events** like town halls, People Leader events, and virtual leadership updates. * **Evaluate effectiveness** using employee and technical data and analytics. * **Work in partnership** with public relations, I&D, legal, and other peers across the company to complete campaigns from concept to delivery. **YOU HAVE:** * Bachelor's degree in Communications with 5+ years of professional corporate communication experience. * Outstanding oral and written communication skills and experience working with senior leadership. * High motivation to communicate “up” and with all project collaborators effectively. * Familiarity with platforms and tools such as intranets, internal communications platforms (Teams, etc.), and Microsoft Office365. * Experience with running multiple projects at once while consistently producing effective and thoughtful written content. * Writing samples will be required. **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day * nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection so
