Please note, it is important that you do not complete any assessments until we have contacted you to assist with any accommodation required. **Key Responsibilities** * Support Reputation Building: Collaborate on enhancing the company's reputation through citizenship, leadership, and innovation, including media campaigns. * Advance Corporate Citizenship: Assist in leveraging company and brand efforts in sustainability, inclusion, and community engagement, including volunteering and donations. * Contribute to Internal Communications: Help manage internal channels and content to foster an inspiring work environment. * Aid Government Relations: Provide support in building and protecting company reputation with government and trade associations, focusing on sustainability. **Job Qualifications** * **Non-graduating university students only.** Must maintain active student status at least through the second semester of 2026, or throughout the internship period. * Currently pursuing a degree in Political Science, Social Communication, or a related field. * **Eligible** to work in Colombia. * **Live** in Bogotá * Have **intermediate** English Skills (B2 or above) * **Strong** communication skills
