The P1 Internal Communications Associate supports the delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of internal communications for the account team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong attention to detail, creativity, and effective communication skills, eager to develop their career within a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role sits on the Culture & Engagement (C&E) Team which maintains a bird’s eye view of all lines of business on the JLL @ Capital One account to ensure we’re telling the holistic story of how we create impact in a memorable way. We are responsible for upholding the culture values and behaviors chosen by our account through strategic written and visual messaging, onboarding, events, learning opportunities, and overall account administration. Our goal is to ensure each member of the account team feels engaged, included and informed so they can provide exceptional service to our client. This is a remote position and is open to applicants from any state in the US.
