Communicating with most of the departments on a daily basis
Assisting sales with group reservations
Understanding and reviewing online reservations
Selling property features such as spa
restaurant and concierge services
Successfully handling incoming and outgoing calls promptly with a pleasant tone of voice
using names when possible
and routing calls to proper extensions
Answering the telephones professionally and utilizing the computer system accordingly
Utilizing the telephone switchboard
