We’re looking for an experienced communications professional to lead strategic communications across Vanguard Australia’s Financial Adviser Services (FAS) and Investment Management Group (IMG). This is a senior role for a communications professional with strong investment literacy, someone who understands markets, products, and the nuances of adviser‑focused messaging. In this role, you’ll design and deliver integrated campaigns that position Vanguard as a trusted thought leader. You’ll translate complex investment insights and business priorities into clear, compelling narratives for advisers, licensee partners, and industry influencers. Working closely with senior leaders and marketing teams, you will elevate Vanguard’s voice across media, owned channels, social content, presentations, and industry forums. **In this role, you will:** * Lead the development and execution of strategic communications campaigns aligned to FAS and IMG priorities. * Produce high‑quality content including media releases, commentary, social copy, Q&As, adviser‑focused explainers, and internal communications. * Manage campaigns end‑to‑end, from planning to delivery and measurement. * Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners to ensure clear, consistent, client‑first messaging. * Identify PR opportunities and turn data, insights, and market trends into meaningful media and industry moments. * Track engagement metrics and optimise communications based on perfor
