This position reports to our Communications Manager. **What you will do** Answers and directs phone calls, pages, radio requests and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. **What you bring** • High School education or equivalent experience. • Previous experience in Hotel/Resort highly preferred. • Ability to read, write and speak English.
