What You'll Do.

Provide administrative support

Manage complex calendars

Coordinate travel arrangements

Support departmental financial administration

Oversight of department publication subscriptions

maintain and update media/industry contact lists

Distribute company press releases

Monitor department email inboxes

Manage employee access to company SVOD services

Maintain departmental records and resources

Assist with press and publicity activities

Prepare and distribute meeting materials

Serve as a point of coordination

Handle confidential and sensitive information
