You will be instrumental in supporting our organization's objectives while enhancing its reputation. **How you will contribute:** Reporting to the Site Head, you oversee the site communication to internal and external audiences, managing change initiatives, and acting as a company spokesperson. Your responsibilities include: * Developing and producing written and visual communications for internal and external audiences, * Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight, * Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals, * Executing change management and process improvement strategies, * Leading media relations initiatives and handling complex media interactions, * Representing the organization in contractual or project matters, * Participating in training junior staff. **What you bring to Takeda:** * A minimum of 5 year experience in a similar role within an industrial regulated environment. * Proven experience navigating matrix organization from corporate environment to site level. * Proven ability to lead employee engagement and internal communication initiatives. * Strong strategic advisor, with experience advising on messaging, approach, and improvement opportunities. * Experience in managing complex communication and supporting change management activities independently. * Advanced writing and editing capabilities across a range of corporate co
