Login to your McGill Workday account and apply to this posting using the Find Jobs report (type Find Jobs in the search bar).** **Hiring Unit:** _Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences_ **Position Summary:** Under the supervision of Dr. Rahimi, the successful applicant is expected to: * Assist in the preparation and dissemination of communication materials, including website content, newsletters, social media posts, and internal updates. * Support the development of clear and engaging content to promote research activities, events, and outputs to diverse audiences. * Maintain and update digital platforms (e.g., website, social media accounts) to ensure content is current and aligned with project and institutional guidelines. * Assist in organizing and promoting research-related events, workshops, and outreach activities, including logistics coordination and communication with participants. * Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and knowledge translation materials for research dissemination. * Assist in ensuring consistency in messaging, formatting, and branding across communication materials. * Monitor and compile basic metrics related to communication activities (e.g., social media engagement, event participation) and support reporting. * Provide general administrative and communication support to the research team as needed.. **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE** **Minimum requirement:** * Candidates must hold, or be in the process of obtaining, a BSc or MSc in health sciences, social sciences, engineering, or a related field. * Minimum one year of experience in conducting research projects. **OTHER Q
