We organise over 450 large-scale branded and transaction-led events in over a dozen specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed live and on-demand B2B events where industries convene and people gather to do business. We also provide data and digital content, as well as year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads. This role is based in our Irving, Texas office. The Comms Planner – Attendee Marketing is responsible for developing and refining messaging frameworks, creating creative briefs, and ensuring visual alignment with campaign strategies. This role also manages the campaign calendar and supports the development of the master brief, ensuring timely execution of communication sub-briefing activities based on the Campaign Manager’s strategy and plan. The Comms Planner collaborates closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Campaign Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Attendee Marketing, to ensure that all communication plans are strategically aligned, visually cohesive, and optimized for maximum impact. By embedding agile ways of working, the Comms Planner ensures iterative collaboration and adaptability to changing priorities and performance insights.
