What You'll Achieve.
Improve supplier performance; Ensure technical data packages are complete and accurate; Ensure supplier technical performance meets objectives of quality, cost and schedule; Drive Raytheon design requirements to improve manufacturing and quality capabilities of suppliers; Initiate continuous and measurable design and process improvement of supplier hardware for affordability

Root cause and corrective action
Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship is required, DoD Clearance: Secret, Active and existing security clearance required after day 1, Visits to supplier facilities will be required, Home office be maintained, Travel domestically up to 25-30% of the time, Driving up to 300-mile radius, Some flying as needed, Attend select steps of the interview process in-person
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree, Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, Work in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, system engineering, manufacturing & quality systems, technical supplier management, The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance, U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science, Existing Secret Clearance, Experience in Statement of Work (SOW) generation, Experience with design and development of products that fall within the electrical or mechanical engineering discipline, Experience performing supplier assessment, Familiarity of Export and Import regulation
