What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, 8+ years progressive experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within manufacturing environment, Demonstrated track record of developing and executing commodity strategies across direct material categories, Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts and long-term supply agreements, Exposure to global supply markets including Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America, Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Experience with procurement technologies (Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or equivalent)

CPSM, CSCP, CPP, or equivalent professional certification

About the role The Commodity Sourcing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end strategic sourcing and supply management of assigned direct material commodity categories that support continuous manufacturing operations. This role develops and executes commodity strategies, leads competitive bidding events, negotiates commercial agreements, and manages supplier relationships to ensure security of supply, optimal total cost of ownership, and alignment with quality and sustainability goals. The incumbent serves as the primary interface between the supply base and cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance.
