To lead sourcing strategy, supplier management, and cost optimization across indirect spend categories **What a typical day looks like:** * Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend (e.g., MRO, services, CapEx support) * Drive cost savings, demand management, and supplier consolidation initiatives * Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management (KPIs/QBRs) * Partner with operations, engineering, finance, HR, and EHS to support business needs * Ensure procurement compliance and governance (e.g., No PO No Service) * Monitor market trends and manage supply risks and continuity plans * Track and report savings, KPIs, and supplier performance metrics * Lead and develop procurement team capability across sites. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred) * 10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably in indirect categories * Experience in multi-site or regional supplier management * Strong track record in cost reduction, negotiation, and stakeholder management **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Medical benefits, dental, vision * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Performance Bonus AL21 AA07 ## ## Job Category Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit
