The Commodity Manager shapes the company’s global supply base through strategic sourcing, supplier leadership, and cost management. This role develops category strategies, secures contracts, and unlocks supplier-enabled innovation to deliver measurable savings and mitigate risk. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps. * Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and negotiations for LTAs. * Drive supplier segmentation, QBRs, and corrective action plans. * Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity targets. * Identify and mitigate risks across capacity, supply continuity, and compliance. * Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and R&D for innovation and design-to-cost.
