What They're Looking For.
Must Have
relevant experience in a finance, commissions, or business performance environment, knowledge of financial concepts and complex structures that influence commission and remuneration outcomes, advanced Excel skills, confidence working across multiple systems, clear and professional communication, eye for detail and quality, organised and proactive approach, balancing priorities, solving problems as they arise
What You'll Do.
Manage accurate and compliant commission calculations and payments in line with TAL distribution agreements and guidelines.
Reconcile commission payment data with policy records to ensure integrity
accuracy and timely delivery.
Plan and deliver commission statements and RCTIs
supporting required reviews
recommendations and authorisations.
Actively manage stakeholder relationships and complex queries
resolving issues and escalations effectively.
Maintain governance and risk controls across monthly commissions processes and decision‑making.
Contribute to process improvements and change initiatives to enhance efficiency across Adviser Services.
