Role Summary We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical SIP and Commissions Analyst to support our sales organization. This role is responsible for administering sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate and timely commission payouts, and providing visibility into compensation performance. This is a highly analytical, behind the scenes role focused on data accuracy, reporting, and internal operations. The position partners closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Operations to ensure compensation plans are executed correctly and consistently. Key Responsibilities Commissions Administration Calculate and process sales commissions in alignment with established incentive plans Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission payouts Maintain and validate commission data, resolving discrepancies as needed Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze sales performance data and compensation results Build and maintain reports related to commissions, quotas, and payouts Provide insights to leadership on trends, variances, and performance drivers Sales Incentive Program Management Support administration of Sales Incentive Plans including updates and adjustments Ensure clear alignment between compensation plans and sales performance Assist in documenting plan structures, rules, and processes Cross Functional Support Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on compensation processes Respond to internal inquiries
