Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 5+ years Commissioning Experience, Previous Project Management experience, Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, Knowledge of building information modeling, Familiar with Bluebeam Studio/Revu, Familiar with NFPA and ASHRAE, Proven Commissioning and System Startup experience

Field experience relative to discipline

Manage and document commissioning activities
Develop and manage project budgets
Provide training and mentoring
Lead troubleshooting and technical issues
Instill a culture of safety and quality
Develop commissioning plans
Define pre-mobilization activities
Oversee commissioning process
Ensure systems compliance
Review specifications
Support construction project managers
Provide progress reports
Identify potential risks
Develop solutions for risks
Ensure safety standards are followed
Communicate project statuses
Perform other duties as assigned
