You'll provide exceptional technical and project management services throughout all project phases—from design through post-construction. Working with construction managers, general contractors, equipment vendors, and various stakeholders, you'll ensure commissioning processes meet ASHRAE requirements and client specifications. The position demands strong technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems testing, combined with team leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional commissioning teams on projects ranging from small facilities to large-scale greenfield data centers of 25MW+. ## Your day-to-day tasks will include: * Leading the development of Commissioning Plans and Commissioning Specifications for assigned projects, and scheduling and facilitating commissioning meetings * Managing all aspects of 3rd party commissioning activities, including developing project proposals in response to client RFPs and identifying required commissioning team composition * Developing and managing project budgets and financials while protecting JLL's contractual position and ensuring deliverables meet contracted requirem
