Full Job Description

Clēnera is a tier-one developer and independent power producer located in Boise, Idaho, and is the U. S. subsidiary of Enlight Renewable Energy (Nasdaq: ENLT). We develop, finance, construct, own, and operate utility-scale solar and energy storage facilities throughout the United States. In its 2025 analysis of solar independent power producers, S ensure all deficiencies are tracked and resolved. Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, including test reports, certifications, and as-built documentation. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all commissioning activities. Support training and handover processes for operations and maintenance teams. Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization. Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables. Demonstrates the Clēnera Core Values of Caring, Committed, and Courageous. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering (electrical or mechanical), or related field, or equivalent years of commissioning experience. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning utility-scale renewable energy projects. Licensure/Certification: OSHA 30, NETA III Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines. Skills/Attributes: Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, high-voltage systems, protection and control, SCADA and associated infrastructure. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical manuals. Proficiency in commissioning software and data analysis tools. Familiarity with NERC, NEC, IEEE, and other relevant standards.
