Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Execute testing and commissioning of control and relay panels and substation automation systems at project sites Ensure all commissioning activities are carried out safely in compliance with internal and customer safety standards Conduct on-site troubleshooting, testing, and validation of systems according to defined procedures and checklists Coordinate closely with zonal service managers, engineering teams, and technical support for effective site execution Maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project updates Ensure proper handling and utilization of commissioning tools, test kits, and related equipment Manage customer communication on-site and ensure alignment on project milestones and handover documentation Complete project handover activities, including as-built documentation, system backups, and final site records Provide structured feedback to engineering, testing, project management, and sales teams for continuous improvement Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline 3–7+ years of experience in commissioning, testing, or substation automation systems Strong understanding of control and relay panels, protection systems, and grid automation technologies Hands-on experience with substation commissioning tools and procedures Strong knowledge of safety standards and field execution best practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and on-site teams Willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international site assignments Benefits: Competitive salary package aligned with experience Opportunity to work on large-scale international grid automation projects Hands-on exposure to advanced substation automation and protection systems Travel opportunities across multiple project locations Continuous technical learning a
