Commissioning Engineer Field Engineer / Systems Integrator — Mission-Critical Power manage punch lists through to closeout. Team ability to produce clear field reports and commissioning documents. Valid driver’s license and US passport Ability to travel >80% of the time. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with one or more major BESS OEMs (Tesla Megapack, BYD, CATL, Sungrow, or similar). Familiarity with SCADA communication protocols: DNP3, Modbus TCP/RTU, etc Familiarity with utility interconnection processes (distribution and transmission). NETA, NICET, or relevant electrical certifications. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification; NFPA 70E training. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent field experience). Soft Skills Technically sharp, highly organized, and comfortable leading a small team in fast-paced construction environments. Strong communicator across EPC, OEM, and internal stakeholders. Autonomous and accountable. Safety- and quality-first mindset.
