Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Commission Operations Manager to support the operational backbone of our global commission processes. This role will be responsible for managing commission cycle operations, data workflows, process coordination, and supporting ongoing improvements to our commission infrastructure across Power BI and Office Suite and Salesforce. The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail, operational discipline, basic systems understanding, and structured execution to ensure our commission processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time across ~350 employees globally. Key Responsibilities Commission Cycle Operations Support the end-to-end quarterly commission cycle (data preparation, validation, calculations, and final outputs). Execute commission calculations based on predefined logic and guidelines. Track and manage all required inputs from regional managers and stakeholders.
