_Are you passionate about the impact of change and eager to contribute to the evolution of the Independent Agents network? Then this role is for you._ **_Your role_** _As Commission Change Manager, you support the implementation of bank initiatives impacting the independent agent network. You are responsible for analysing the impact of changes (products, processes, campaigns…) and ensuring smooth execution of commission system adjustments. You work closely with the Senior Commission Change Manager II._ **_A day in the life of a Commission Change Manager I_** As Commission Change Manager, you will focus on: * Identifying the impact of changes on the commission system for independent agents. * Proposing adjustments to the commission system to better support ING’s strategy. * Contributing to the drafting of IT requirements, in collaboration with technical experts. * Ensuring updates of contractual documents, with possible support from the Senior Commission Change Manager. * Communicating clearly with Tribes and agents about implemented changes. * Acting as a reliable point of contact for Commission Run Managers and Account Managers. * Supporting the organisation of working groups and contributing to their content. * Providing first-line analytical support, with assistance from the Data Analyst. * Delivering, together with the Data Analyst and the Commission Change Manager II, harmonised input to Account Managers to facilitate discussions with their KBOs. * Preparing business case or budget elements, with possible support from the Commission Change Manager II. **How to succeed** * You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a transforming environment. * You have strong analytical skills, enjoy working with numbers, and can draw concrete conclusions. * You communicate clearly and have a collaborative mindset. * You are proactive, while knowing when to escalate topics to the Commission Change Manager II. * You have a solid understanding of basic financi
