Must Have
Working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Knowledge of internal controls, policies and procedures of Four Seasons hotels as it relates to Accounts Payable, Knowledge of computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software
What You'll Do.
Verify hotel revenues
Follow up on anomalies or discrepancies
Review accounting documents
Prepare and analyze daily revenue report
Prepare hotel's daily bank deposits
Control all cash floats
and management of cash floats
Reconcile liability balances
Resolve cash variances
Resolve deposit discrepancies
Verify daily cashier deposits
Prepare daily cash report
Process petty cash disbursements
Maintain records of cash float agreements
File documents and reports
Ensure F&B revenue captured accurately
Ensure room revenue captured accurately
Monitor and record meals charged to internal accounts
Follow up on incomplete deliverables
Identify solutions for unusual situations
Communicate property-related information
Coordinate gratuity and service charge reconciliations
Participate in physical inventory counts
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare summary of account activity
