What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Certificate III in Cookery, Previous experience in similar role, Knowledge of Modern Australian Cuisine, Understanding of HACCP, Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements, Ability to work under pressure, Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, Flexibility to work weekends, Ability to coach less experienced team members, Ability to motivate less experienced kitchen team members, Self-motivated, Able to work with minimal supervision, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills
