Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends, Split shifts may be required on some days, Immediate start available, working rights within Australia or New Zealand
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant Certificate III in Cookery, previous experience in a similar role, Knowledge of Modern Australian Cuisine, Understanding of HACCP and Workplace Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements, Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment, Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends, Ability to coach and motivate less experienced kitchen team members, Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
What You'll Do.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of dishes across all sections of the kitchen
and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Take initiative to develop culinary skills and grow within a professional kitchen environment
Support less experienced team members when required
