Resolve quantity discrepancies
Resolve documentation discrepancies
Resolve location discrepancies
Research availabilities
Contribute to inventory reliability
Respond to shipping requests
Respond to cancellation requests
Respond to quantity requests
Respond to inventory requests
Process shipping errors
Process missing products
Process incomplete products
Coordinate follow-ups with departments
Use AX system for research
Use AX system for validation
Support physical warehouse searches
Support availability searches
Support location searches
Participate in analyses of operational discrepancies
Participate in investigations of operational discrepancies
Document interventions
Maintain structured files
Produce daily reports
Contribute to indicator tracking
Perform administrative tasks
Support team as needed
Participate in documentary research
