Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and maintain pricing models and commercial frameworks using waste profiles, transportation requirements, vendor costs, and margin objectives. Analyze customer profitability, cost-to-serve, and contract performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement. Support new business, renewals, and customized hazardous waste service proposals with robust financial insights and recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate operational and logistics data into clear commercial and financial decision support. Evaluate service design opportunities, including volume optimization, pricing adjustments, and disposal pathway improvements. Engage in customer and stakeholder discussions, clearly articulating pricing structures, cost drivers, and financial implications. Validate assumptions related to waste streams, vendor pricing, and operational complexity to ensure accurate financial modeling. Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and vendor cost fluctuations to maintain competitive and compliant pricing strategies. Support audits, risk assessments, and financial reviews to ensure accuracy and governance across commercial processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or corporate finance roles. Experience in environmental services, hazardous waste management, logistics, or similar operationally complex industries is highly desirable. Strong financial modeling, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, and cost-to-serve expertise. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills. Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
