It provides trusted advice, expertise and resources that enable Motorola Solutions to win and deliver successful contracts and grow a sustainable and valued business for both Motorola Solutions and our customers. As the Commercial Manager, you will be involved at all stages of the bid and contract cycle, from advising on and helping to shape commercial deals, through to contract negotiation. This includes tender review, proposal drafting, and reviewing, negotiating, and finalising contracts that support business objectives. The Commercial Manger role represents a vital conduit between various internal stakeholders. You will occupy a central position, drawing together the knowledge and input of other areas and functions, including Sales, Engineering, Service/Project Delivery, Legal, Finance, Procurement and Insurance.
