What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Education, Communications, Business, Sales, Organizational Development, or life sciences discipline, 5+ years of experience in training, field sales, account management, or commercial enablement, Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver training programs without reliance on external vendors, program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines in a dynamic environment and demonstrate objective success, High proficiency in written and verbal skilled in facilitation and stakeholder engagement, Proven ability to conduct an effective needs analysis, identify capability gaps and develop targeted, actionable training solutions, interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, Experience facilitating both small and large group meetings to achieve defined learning outcomes, Self-starter with a sense of ownership and commitment to continuous improvement
Nice to Have
pharma, biotech, medical device, diagnostics, or related healthcare experience, Cardiovascular or arrhythmia experience
What You'll Do.
Champions the development of frontline commercial leadership capability
and continuous improvement of training programs
Owns core learning initiatives—including onboarding
sales skills development
and ongoing field enablement
and delivery of training programs that align with commercial strategy
reinforce key messages
and elevate field capability
Own onboarding and everboarding programs end-to-end
Create and maintain instructor-led
and virtual learning modules
Establish program metrics and evaluate use performance data and field insights
Develop and implement reinforcement (“pull-through”) plans
Designs and delivers leadership development initiatives
coach and set clear expectations with the Commercial Field Training (CFT) team
Develop and deliver sales skills training programs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Enablement, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Partners, Clinical, Commercial Operations, and other functional teams; Maintain relationships with commercial leadership and field teams; Collaborates closely with leadership and field teams; Partner cross-functionally to assess capability needs; Collaborate with leadership and field teams
