Work with Spine Territory Manager

Manage territory coverage

Handle limited sales responsibilities

Receive consignment set requests

Manage consignment set calendar

Ship consignment sets

Schedule consignment set pickups

Inspect consignment sets

Replenish consignment sets

Update addresses in GlobusOne

Monitor emails and phone calls

Enter DOs/schedule cases in AtlasOne

Enter DOs and Loaner Requests

Fulfill consignment requests

Process invoicing and POs

Execute territory plan

Support Territory Manager

Conduct joint field calls

Strengthen product expertise

Strengthen procedural expertise

Serve as operational contact

Resolve customer inquiries

Resolve field team requests

Manage consignment orders

Oversee urgent shipments

Oversee express shipments

Maintain customer records

Maintain shipment records

Maintain inventory transfer records

Maintain operational records

Coordinate loaner equipment logistics

Administer consignment inventory

Monitor inventory levels

Ensure surgical readiness

Operate in compliance

Adhere to Code of Conduct

Maintain compliance training

Represent company professionally

Team & Collaboration

Work together with the Spine Territory Manager; Support the Spine Territory Manager through joint field calls; Work with distribution center; Support customer-facing employees; Working together, anything is possible; Value every person on our team; Treat each other with respect; Accountable to one another; Support each other; Make each other stronger

Communication Scope

Monitor emails/phone calls; Redirect to correct contacts; Serve as the primary operational contact for local customer inquiries and field team requests
