This role ensures that employees can work effectively with digital workplace tools, resolves day-to-day technical issues, and supports cyber security practises on site in partnerships with D&T functions. **Key Responsibilities** Site-Based Support and Digital Workplace Enablement * In partnership with D&T functions and third parties, provide in-person support for the digital workplace requirements of the sites. * Support conference roomsand shared spaces * Support local technology processes such as onboarding and offboarding Incident Management and Problem Resolution * Have overall management oversight of service level agreements and incident resolution for the site. * In partnership with D&T teams act as a point of escalation for incident and problem resolution following Haleon playbooks. * Represent the site on incident management calls as required * Identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams to implement permanent fixes and
