Must Have
Proven experience in IT support, desktop support or digital workplace roles (2–4+ years), Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft productivity tools, collaboration and video conferencing platforms, and basic networking concepts, Experience working with ITSM tools, including ServiceNow, Awareness of basic cyber security principles and practices, Experience supporting AV and meeting room technology and hybrid working environments, Experience working in or supporting a Cyber or Information Security function, Experience working in a regulated environment such as health, finance, government or critical infrastructure
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications in Networking, Security, Microsoft technologies or ITIL
What You'll Do.
Deliver and support site-based digital workplace services
in-person technology support
Resolve day-to-day technical issues
Ensure cyber security practices are applied
Act as single point of accountability for site technology support
Represent site needs to D&T teams
Support routine checks on critical site technology
Maintain local asset inventory
Support planned changes or roll-outs
Support migration of local applications
Manage service level agreements
Manage incident resolution
Act as escalation point for incident resolution
Represent site on incident management calls
Identify recurring issues
Implement permanent fixes
Provide site-level input on service improvements
Build relationships with Commercial leadership
Understand operational priorities
Provide site-level input on service performance
Build partnership relationships with D&T functions
Act as local champion for D&T initiatives
Provide training sessions on D&T capabilities
Encourage self-service
Promote knowledge articles
Ensure compliance with tools
Support conference rooms
Support AV technology
Support hybrid meeting technology
Support local technology processes
Support onboarding processes
Support offboarding processes
Act as on-site contact for cyber security queries
Handle minor security incidents
Ensure endpoint security measures are applied
Support user access management protocols
Detect and escalate security incidents
Promote secure working practices
Support implementation of security changes
