Must Have
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related discipline, Experience in business analysis, application management, project management and/or change management, Experience partnering closely with business stakeholders on technology-enabled transformation initiatives and digital projects, understanding of digital technologies, workflows and innovative solutions that support business objectives and operational effectiveness, Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into scalable and practical technology solutions, stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across cross-functional teams, Familiarity with governance, compliance and risk management practices within technology project delivery, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global and matrixed environment
What You'll Do.
Drive maximum business utilization of strategic technology solutions
Partner with business stakeholders to simplify and optimize processes
assess and prioritize business requirements
Conduct feasibility studies and support delivery of Tech initiatives
Coordinate local project activities in alignment with Haleon standards
Ensure projects meet quality
compliance and risk management standards
Provide troubleshooting and support across multiple technology domains
Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing user experience
