What You'll Do.
Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services
Sell technology within an assigned territory
Leverage relationships
Ensure customer retention
Demonstrate Johnson Controls is the leading electronic security
Secure profitable sales and upgrades
Maximize customer satisfaction
Initiate post installation follow-ups
Maintain commanding knowledge of product line
Adhere to Johnson Controls Security policies
Create new market share
Sell Johnson Controls Security products
Sell additional products and services to existing accounts
and convert existing customer systems
Renew existing customer agreements
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques
Maintain productive working relationships with existing customers
Establish customer follow-up strategies
Apply time and territory management techniques
Follow up with prospects
Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services
Work with Centers of Influence
Complete all paperwork
Conduct post-installation follow-up
Ensure commitments were met
Affirm customer satisfaction
