Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B, Experience working with engineering and architectural firms, municipalities, real estate developers, etc., Excellent negotiation, Ability to manage a complete and rigorous, Teamwork and interpersonal relationship, Autonomy, proactivity, organization, and problem-solving, Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and customer relationship management (CRM), Valid driver’s license and excellent driving, Availability to travel over 40 to 60% of the time within the assigned territory and to headquarters

What You'll Do.
Qualify opportunities generated by marketing
face-to-face contacts
Achieve quarterly and annual sales
Manage and work with a portfolio of commercial landscape contractors
Advise and consult professionals in selecting products
Provide appropriate technical
Work with the sales team to secure/close commercial
Use project software to stay updated on opportunities
Host "lunch and learns"
and close specification opportunities
Prepare bids for all opportunities
Follow up on identified projects
