What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in administration or any related field (relevant experience may be considered), Bilingual (English and French) - English is required to serve our clients in the United States, Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B, Experience working with engineering and architectural firms, municipalities, real estate developers, etc., Excellent negotiation skills, Ability to manage a complete and rigorous sales cycle, Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and customer relationship management (CRM), Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record, Availability to travel over 40 to 60% of the time within the assigned territory and to headquarters

What You'll Do.
Develop clients in the industrial
and institutional landscaping project sector
Maintain business relationships with all business partners
Stay alert to growth opportunities in the assigned territory
Offer clients products that meet their needs
Qualify opportunities generated by marketing
face-to-face contacts
Manage and work with a portfolio of commercial landscape contractors
Advise and consult professionals (Landscape Architects
etc.) in selecting products while providing appropriate technical information
Work with the sales team to secure/close commercial deals
Use project software to stay updated on upcoming opportunities and projects currently underway
Host 'lunch and learns' and develop brand awareness
and close specification opportunities using the CRM
Prepare bids for all opportunities and closely follow up on identified projects throughout the sales cycle
