Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations, or related field, 3–7 years of experience in project management, technical program management, commercial project execution, or customer-facing project coordination, Experience managing projects in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, energy, aerospace, defense, or regulated environment, Ability to coordinate across technical teams, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Experience developing project schedules, Experience tracking milestones, Experience managing deliverables, Experience supporting proposals, statements of work, project scopes, or customer-funded projects, Organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders, Written communication skills, Verbal communication skills, Ability to identify risks, resource constraints, and schedule impacts early, Ability to communicate risks, resource constraints, and schedule impacts clearly, U. S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U. S. , protected individual as defined by 8 U. S. C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State

What You'll Do.

Manage customer-facing commercial projects from proposal support through

Coordinate between customers

Create and maintain project schedules

Coordinate technical inputs

Communicate project status

Identify resource needs

Ensure customer commitments are realistic

Develop and maintain project plans

Coordinate project activities across engineering

Track project progress against schedule

Communicate impacts to leadership and stakeholders

Maintain organized project records

Serve as a primary point of contact for

Coordinate regular customer updates

Communicate project progress

Ensure customer expectations are understood

Maintain customer relationships through disciplined communication and follow-through

Work closely with technical leads to define work

Translate customer needs and project requirements into actionable

Coordinate technical inputs required for project execution

Support alignment between technical work

Support proposal development by coordinating technical inputs

Assist in developing project scopes

and execution risk before

Support handoff from proposal to execution once projects

Identify project resource needs across engineering

Communicate resource demand and project priorities to leadership

Evaluate what work can be realistically accepted based

Maintain visibility into competing project demands
