Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field, Minimum 7 years of proven experience in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, or related analytical roles, Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and pricing analytics, Strategic thinking skills with a market-oriented, customer-focused mindset, Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders around pricing decisions, Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, Ability to access U. S. export-controlled information
Nice to Have
Experience supporting pricing for government, regulated, or highly complex commercial environments, Exposure to value-based pricing, segmentation strategies, or pricing transformation initiatives, Familiarity with Commerciality COE models or enterprise commercial excellence programs, Experience working with pricing tools, BI platforms, or ERP systems
