Interpret commercial loan documentation

Service loan portfolio post-booking

Conduct review of legal documents

Conduct review of approval documents

Conduct review of loan onboarding checklists

Participate in monitoring credit risks

Identify emerging credit risks

Process loan servicing transactions

Process portfolio transfers

Process loan advances

Monitor payment delinquencies

Monitor third party reporting

Monitor portfolio exceptions

Manage restricted loan reserve accounts

Process transactions in accordance with covenants

Respond to customer issues

Resolve customer issues

Collect data for issue resolution

Research for issue resolution

Troubleshoot internal loan portfolio issues

Coordinate timely resolution with internal partners

Act as main contact for servicing requests

Communicate with customers

Collaborate with customers

Collaborate with other departments

Collaborate with business partners

Monitor internal processing issues

Follow up on hazard insurance updates

Follow up on KYC remediations

Follow up on collateral documentation

Support portfolio management in data collection
