## Description Our client is a well-established commercial plumbing contractor based in the Cleveland, Ohio area, specializing in providing high-quality plumbing services to businesses and commercial properties. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Plumbing Estimator to join their team. The Commercial Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive plumbing estimates for a wide range of commercial projects, including new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction processes, and the ability to analyze project specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors. ## Responsibilities Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop accurate plumbing estimates. Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial plumbing projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing information. Evaluate site conditions and scope of work to ensure all necessary work is included in the estimate. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards. Present and explain estimates to clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any questions or concerns. Track and update project budgets throughout the bidding and construction phases. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions. Maintain organized and accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation.
