Must Have

Working knowledge of automotive systems, Diagnostic ability, Speak and write English, Ability to read and interpret documents, Ability to write simple correspondence, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively, Organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends

Nice to Have

ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent, ASE certification preferred, Spanish a plus

What You'll Do.

Maintain commercial customer relationships

Provide GAS2 selling experience

Achieve personal / store sales goals

Achieve service objectives

Provide day-to-day supervisory support

Collaborate with GM on coaching

Collaborate with GM on developmental needs

Ensure delivery standards are achieved

Maintain commercial stocking programs

Build and maintain a network of second source

Maintain commercial returns

Maintain commercial credit accounts

Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
