Eligibility Requirements

Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed, Physical ability to walk or stand, Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or reach, Ability to climb, Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, Specific vision abilities required, Occasionally be outside and exposed to various weather conditions, Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical high, precarious toxic or caustic risk of electrical explosives; and vibration

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Working knowledge of automotive systems, Speak and write English, Ability to read and interpret documents, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required), organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts

Nice to Have

ASE certification preferred, Spanish a plus

What You'll Do.

Maintain commercial customer relationships

Provide GAS2 selling experience

Achieve personal / store sales goals

Provide day-to-day supervisory support

Collaborate with GM on coaching

Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards

Maintain commercial stocking programs

Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with GM to manage Team Members; Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members; Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
