Must Have
3 years automotive parts experience, Proven sales ability, Experience leading teams, Supervising daily tasks, Working knowledge of automotive systems, Speak and write English, Ability to read and interpret documents, Ability to write simple correspondence, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft Word, Use Microsoft Excel, Organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Ability to work assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
Nice to Have
Spanish language proficiency, ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent, ASE certification preferred
