Eligibility Requirements

Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends, Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently, Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds occasionally, Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, Exposure to various weather conditions, Exposure to moving mechanical, Exposure to high, precarious places, Exposure to toxic or caustic substances, Exposure to risk of electrical shock, Exposure to explosives, Exposure to vibration

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability, Speak and write English, communicate effectively, build relationships with customers, peers and management, Ability to read and interpret documents, write simple correspondence, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required), organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed

Nice to Have

ASE certification preferred, ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent, Spanish a plus

Collaborate with GM on coaching

Collaborate with GM on developmental needs

Maintain commercial stocking programs

Build and maintain supplier network
