What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Working knowledge of automotive systems, Speak and write English, Ability to read and interpret documents, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required), organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
Nice to Have
ASE certification preferred, Spanish a plus, ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent, Advanced solution, project and product quality recommendation ability, Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions, Formal or informal experience leading teams

Maintain commercial customer relationships
Provide GAS2 selling experience
Achieve personal / store sales goals
Provide day-to-day supervisory support
Collaborate with GM on coaching
Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards
Maintain commercial stocking programs
Build and maintain second source suppliers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with GM to manage Team Members; Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs; Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
