What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability to include: internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, Speak and write English, Ability to read and interpret documents, Ability to write simple correspondence, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required), organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends

Nice to Have

Spanish, ASE certification, ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent, Advanced solution, project and product quality recommendation ability, Advanced selling skills for commercial customers, Ability to multi-task and remain organized, Effective communication, listening and problem solving skills, Prior automotive parts experience, Proven sales ability, Experience in fulfillment of customer transactions, Formal or informal experience leading teams, Supervising daily tasks, Working together to achieve goals

Collaborate with GM on coaching

Collaborate on developmental needs

Ensure delivery standards are achieved

Maintain commercial stocking programs

Build and maintain network of second source suppliers

Maintain commercial returns

Maintain commercial credit accounts

Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
