What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability to include: internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, Speak and write English, communicate effectively and build relationships with customers, peers and management, Ability to read and interpret documents, Ability to write simple correspondence, Understand and execute instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required), organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed

Nice to Have

ASE certification, Spanish

What You'll Do.

Maintain commercial customer relationships

Provide GAS2 selling experience

Achieve personal / store sales goals

Provide day-to-day supervisory support

Collaborate with GM on coaching

Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards

Maintain commercial stocking programs

Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers

Maintain commercial returns

Maintain commercial credit accounts

Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with GM to manage Team Members; Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members; Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
