What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Working knowledge of automotive systems, Speak and write English, Ability to read and interpret documents, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required), organizational skills, Understand Commercial profitability concepts, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed, 3 years of prior automotive parts experience, Proven sales ability, experience in fulfillment of customer transactions, Formal or informal experience leading teams, supervising daily tasks, working together to achieve goals

Nice to Have

ASE certification, Spanish

What You'll Do.

Maintain commercial customer relationships

Provide GAS2 selling experience

Achieve personal / store sales goals

Achieve service objectives

Provide day-to-day supervisory support

Collaborate with GM on coaching

Collaborate with GM on developmental needs

Ensure delivery standards are achieved

Maintain commercial stocking programs

Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers

Maintain commercial returns

Maintain commercial credit accounts

Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
